Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

Marriage to a japanese citizen

I am a U.S. citizen who wants to marry a Japanses citizen and have filed for K1 Visa. Can I marry my fiancee in a U.S. territory such as Guam and bring her back to the U.S. without going through the hassle and

long waiting period from the USCIS? Does this reduce the time period for her to receive her green card?
