Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

I am married to a Jamaican man. We were hoping that he could come to the US, but it doesn't look that way. So I am going to move there, what are the steps and rules for this process?

You should consult a Jamaican lawyer about immigrating to Jamaica.
