Petition Step son
I am US citizen and would like to file petition for my Step Son who is under 17years and living in the U.S.

Your post does not pose a question. You can file the Petition and simultaneous application to adjust his status. It is recommended to hire an attorney, and since it is a federal practice, does not need to be a local attorney.

Good luck to your step son. He is regarded as your son and h is entitled to the benefit for as long as your marriage to the father is valid.
