Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas

priority date??
Hi,thamk you for your responce,to my I 130 question.
I was woundering,if you could tell me if our priority date has elapsed,I think uscis recieved our payment,in March of 07,so its been over 365 PLSS. days,why would it take so long?I managed to make an imfo. pass appointment,for the 21st of ths month.and can he get a visa and go to Mexico,to visit his brother?

I don't know what your original question was, but if he leaves the US without LPR, then the petition is abandoned.

Hire a lawyer to discuss the possibility of advance parole, but do not just leave the US. The consequences could be huge.
