Legal Question in Immigration Law in Texas
can she wait here in the US
My fiance' is a british citizen and she's been in & out fo the US for quite sometime.I'm planning to petition her for a fiance' visa under my US citizenship.Or Can she stay with me and get married here then petition here for a wife visa.Which is the best way to get her quickly?please help me.

If she enters the country legally, and marries you, then you can petition for her and adjust her status in the US. She cannot leave while the petition is in process. You can email me directly if you wish to proceed further.
