Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas

Car hit my house

One week ago a car hit my brick house and caused some major damage. There is structural damage, my kitchen was destroyed, and I barely escaped being crushed to death. There were two people in the car, and the adult claimed that she was teaching her 11 year-old son to drive. Now her auto insurance company has denied coverage because they say it was driven by an unlicensed driver who lives in the same household.

I required a visit to the hospital emergency room, and now I am very concerned that the medical bills will not be paid, since I have no health insurance. Also my homeowners insurance has a deductible that I will now have to pay. Can the auto insurance deny paying the claim?
