Legal Question in Insurance Law in Texas
Limited time to pay for damages
When you are hit by another vehicle and the driver of that vehicle is found to be at fault, and is tickited for causing the accident. and you file a claime with their insurance company. Is there time limite that the insurance company has before they have to pay off. and get a release from me.
