Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Texas

i made a home video years ago as a teenager using a superman doll that everyone thinks is hilarious and have repeatedly asked me to post on you tube. my question is can i legally do this or am i at risk of being sued?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. If you use someone's intellectual property, in this case a superman doll, and you don't have permission, that's a problem. You can (and likely will) get sued. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
