Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in Texas

Teen Marriage Laws

Since i have enlisted into the military my parents signed a paper saying documents that i sign are of legal consent. I am planning to get married and i wont be 18 until November. i will be leaving for the Air Force in August and would like to get married in between my basic training and technical school. My parent do not want me to get married but i will be considered emancipated through the military and wondered if it is possible to obtain a marriage license without there consent since i will be fully dependent on myself in the military. If not, is there anything i can do to get my marriage license before i turn 18 without my parents consent?

If you are emancipated by way of being a member of the military and establish California as your place of residence you should be able to get a CA marriage license.
