Changing pay
Yes I was working out of state for a company as a contractor, and had signed a contract stating my day rate was $325.00 per day plus mileage and per diem. and they changed my pay without notifying me and they have nothing on paper or anything saying i agreed to this can they legally do this?

It may not be - it depends on the language of the contract. I would be glad to meet with you about this if you are interested in attempting to enforce your agreement the way it is written.
