Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Commission

After three years of being compensated for contracts on a L.P. commission program. i have not been compensated for 2006 commissions and company has since been sold locally. Company still has other profitable locations and is trying to deny commission owed. I have full documentation...any recourse?

Yes..if you have documentation supporting your claim, contact a lawyer to make proper demand for payment...and if a lawsuit is needed, while you may have to pay up front, the attorney fees should be part of a judgment..then the question is the commission worth the job..
