Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

my company let me go for not being able to get a securty cleariance and they never gave me a chance to appeal the decsision what can I do?

Start looking for another job. Don't even think about suing them; it's not worth the trouble. If you forced them to hire you somehow, they would immediately start looking for a way to fire you.
