Government Security Clearance
I receieved a minor in consumption charge years ago and received deferred adjudication. I complied with the conditions of the order and the court dismissed the charges I assumed. I am now applying for government security clearance and need to know if I should list this as a conviction?

I would check with the court records to see if it has been expunged.
