Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Large firing for no good reason

A large REIT group who owns many apartment communities has recently (the past year) has fired many of their long term employees...including my wife who was 2+ months pregnant. Many of these terminations were done outside of their printed policy and procedure manual. My wife had an excellent work history. Having gone a couple of rounds with different lawyers, we had decided that we couldn't afford to fight it. Today, another ex-employee mentioned she had heard that a group of ex-employees might be filing a class action suit against the company. How might I find out if some body is organizing this?--5 different states. How would I? What groups might be interested in this?

Thank you.

There are websites that list class actions. One is MegaLaw.com I believe. I would be willing to talk to you further about a class action if you are interested.
