Nsf returned payroll checks

I worked for a home health company in el paso texas up till last week. They keep giving me nsf payroll checks. They gave me another to cover the bounced payroll check and it also bounced. They also have not been repaying my loan on my 401k and i want to know what i can do about this?

Not surprisingly, you are in a difficult situation. You can file a lawsuit or Department of Labor complaint against your former employer. However, if this is something that is happening across the board to all of the employees, you are probably going to create continuing problems with yourself in collection. Another avenue is to talk to co-workers and make sure that they are experiencing the same thing. If they are, then a collective front in dealing with the situation is probably best.
