Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

Previous Job threating to send to jail

I use to work as a commerial sales manager and I worked on based salary plus comminsion. I would turn in my sales report to my manager and he would sign off on it and send it to coperate for paying. after 5 months my manger told me they were going to fire me because I make to much. I then quit and now my company is trying to get me for over paying me. they are saying I lied on my commission reports, when I never did and I had to have the check by my general manager. I never knew that I was wrong on my reports and I was over paid $5,000, i have agreed to pay back but only can afford $100 right now as I am trying to pay my other bills also. Just had a baby 10 months ago, I was 5 months pregant when I left the company. Now they are threating to send me to jail as they want 335 a month and I can not afford that. I was wondering if there was anything I can do about this as I do not want to go to jail and I have agreed to pay back even though I do not agree with it.
