Legal Question in Employment Law in Texas

I was terminated from my position as dentist for a county hospital. I had two months to work before being fully vested with 5 years of work. With the county facing less tax income and the fact that I did not live in the county I feel that I was terminated unjustly. The hours of my assistants were cut leaving me without an assistant on Fridays, the air conditions was cut off in my department, cockroaches were taped to the floor to humilate my assistants and needed equipment was not supplied. Even though I am a salaried employee I was terminated for not completing a full 40 hour work week.
