Wages - From Hourly to Salary

I am an hourly employee and my company wants to change everyones title so they can pay them salary, but they do not want to give any raise in wages for this change. The new title does consist of more work and responsibilities.

Now one sees the value of unions. Companies can change employment policies, wages as the wish..and employees can go as the wish. That is what is meant by an "at will" employee. BUT if you quit because of theat you may be entitled to unemployment benefits..Call the Texas Workforce Commission to see if they agree
