Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
We live in a housing authority and the person over it is the problem. We have made complaints about drug dealers and meth cookers being in here, but she has told us that it's in our imagination or to go to the police and then she can do something.......but nothing ever gets done. What can we do? We are all elderly or disabled.

How do you know there are drug dealers and meth cookers? Have you seen them? If you have, notify the police.
