Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
I have pictures of repairs that need to be made and my landlord refused to fix them, in turn I did not pay my rent. Will this evidence hold up in court?

It's not a question of evidence.
The Property Code says that you aren't allowed to withhold rent when repairs aren't made.
