Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Texas
my question is: my leasing office just charge me a reletting fee of 465.00 dollars plus three months rent for breaking my lease early; because i have to move to another state for a job opportunity. cann they charge me three months rent plus a reletting fee or is it up to two months of rent plus reletting fee please help?

Do you still live there in the apartment complex?
How are they "charging" you? Did they send you an invoice?
Your best bet may be simply to not pay them anything.
