Termed Lease
Can they extend the term of my lease when it termed on a specific date because i only gave a 30 day noticed that i was leaving at the end of my lease agreement? they wanted 60 day notice if was going to renew... well i was not.

You need to read your lease to see if there is a 60 day requirement, and if it is in there, the answer is yes.
