Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Texas
I would like to start a dating service web site for ex-cons and people with alternate lifestyles. Would a disclaimer stating that I'm not responsible for the actions of my clients protect me from any kind of legal problems? Thanks for your help.

Better yet, have the CUSTOMER sign a waiver to that effect.
