Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Texas

bad dental work

i had a ingrown wisdom tooth removed at the v.a. hospital and almost lost my life. The tooth had to be surgically removed, but the dentist missed an absess in the tooth. This caused my blood system to be poisend and i went into shock and i almost died. I still have problems from the procedure. Do i have a case.
