Re: airbags did not deploy in an accident?

If there were injuries, the event provides the basis for a defective product or products liability claim against the manufacturer of the automobile.

Re: airbags did not deploy in an accident?

Failure of the airbags to deploy could result in the auto manufacturer being liable for damages. I would suggest that you contact an attorney as soon as possible so that the reason why the airbags did not deploy can be established. If you wait too long, the vehicle and all evidence of why the airbags did not deploy may be lost.

Re: airbags did not deploy in an accident?

Well, if there were any bodily injuries that be attributed to the lack of the airbag deployment, then you may have a products liability action against the manufacturer.
