Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Back Injury

I was in an accident where all of a sudden the frontage road of a highway ended and we hit an area that was under construction there was no warning of the construction. As a result i have a lower disc compression and twisted hips. Do i have a case and how much money im i entitled to. I spoke with a physician assistant who said it as injury that is permanent. What do i do?

Re: Back Injury

You might have a case if what you say can be proven. How much are you entitled to? The law allows recovery for your damages, economic losses, pain & suffering and mental anguish, but all of your losses have to be proven. If you want my assistance, contact me by email.

Re: Back Injury

Contact a local lawyer who handles accident cases...your own insurance could help but the construction company may be responsible...

Re: Back Injury

You may have a case against the County and/or State as well as the contractor, depending on the situation. The amount of damages really depends on your medical records and the facts--every case is different and needs to be reviewed by an attorney who is familiar with the value of cases in the Hidalgo County area. Feel free to email with additional information.
