Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I was in a car accident over 3 weeks ago that was not my fault. The other insurance company hasn't got me a rental car. I am a delivery driver and need a vehicle. So I had to fix my old car and it cost me over 400 dollars. Should the insurance company reimburse me for that?
