Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My Car was repoed but I paid and redeem the car back, But when I got the car the front bumper was damage by the recker am I responsible to fix it or the recker driver.

Send the wrecker a nice letter asking him to pay for your bumper (you'll need to get an estimate for repairs). If he doesn't pay, sue him.
