Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

Child Injured At School

My son was playing on the monkey bars at school when he slipped off landing on his arm and breaking it. My son said that the monkey bars are always very slippery. I would like to find out if the school is liable for any medical bills my insurance will not cover, i.e. deductible.
