Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

My parents have some neighbors that are rude. They have exchanged words and have had the police out a few times. My problem is that they yell at me as I drive by. My parents watch my baby so I have to go there everyday after work. Is there something that can be done to have them stop this behavior. It frightens me because there is a group of them and I am alone with my baby. When the cops have come out they say there is nothing they can do. But me as a visitor, is there something that can be done?

I would attempt to get a video tape or an audio tape.

Depending upon what they say they could be charged with assault and/or terroristic threat.

You may be able to get a temporary restraining order of some sort or a peace bond of some sort against them upon application in a municipal court or with a justice of the peace.

If they are threatening you while the child is in the car, I believe the authorities may take the case very seriously if you have audio and video proof.

I have not researched this answer and I would recommend a legally researched opinion or a second opinion.
