i cut my finger off at a friends house and on her horse trailer how long do i have to sue and should i would it be worth it

The quicker you make a demand, the more likely you will be paid. Contact her home owners insurance and there may be an accident payable amount usually less than $5000...but you have to prove negligence on her part to collect for liability which is normally $100,000 or more and if there was something negligent about the action..you may need a lawyer..IF your "friend" will cooperate..but the claim does NOT affect her insurance rates...call us if you want help...and try to get her cooperation
