robbery charges

can i be charge with this charge if the officer that was working with me refuse to return my calls and my mother calls when he canceled our appointment to come talk with him? Also he was seeking info on someone else connected to this crime.

Based on what you have written, generally, the district attorney's office takes the information provided by the police officers and charges the alleged defendants of their criminal activity. Most of the time when a police officer makes an appointment to talk with someone it is to gather evidence and/or information in an attempt to either charge that specific individual or someone else.
