The only problem with me is the driving, especiall at night, is scarely to me. When I get a settlement offer how do I know if it is far, I know they are out to save money for their company.

Re: Settle in Personal Injury

You are right, most insurance companies will try and give you the least amount of money possible. There are many questions that I would need to know before I can give you a good settlement range, ie the policy limits of the other driver, the total amount of medicals and if therir were any pre existing medical conditions nd have you been evaluated by a psychaitrist about your fear of driving.

I practice in the Austin area and have my office in San Marcos. I have a nurse on staff and handle many of these cases. Please give me a call at 512 392 5010 for a free appointment.

Re: Settle in Personal Injury

You need an attorney. You are correct in assuming that the insurance company will attempt to pay the least amount possible. You need to consider future pain and suffering, loss wages, medical care, etc. Without competent legal advise, you may not get a fair settlement.

This is my opinion only and does not constitute legal advise. An attorney/client relationship is not formed or anticipated at this time.
