Legal Question in Personal Injury in Texas

I started having a sexual relationship with my Dr. He started prescribing me large amounts of about addictive medications. I found out he was married as he told me he was going through divorce. Also, he was billing my insurance for procedures that I did not have. He broke up with me and has ended all contact. I am in withdrawals and scared to tell another Dr. my situation. Also, he started having sex with a friend of mine who was also a patient. He is lying for her to keep her out of work on disability. What should I do. I have tried to contact him to recommend another Dr. and will not respond. I have been emotionally distraught unable to perform at work and my quality of life has suffered. What should I do?
