If a child and parent were at my house and the parent gave child permission to ride in the gold carf arouhg the neighborhood and the child feel off the cart and got hurt....could we be sued?

One can always be sued.

If the parent gave the child permission to ride in the golf cart, then you aren't liable for injuries that the child sustains.
