Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

Just found out that we have a HOA default judgment in Tarrant County, Texas signed a few days ago. The district clerk's office will tell me nothing, but invited me to the law library to look up the process and what happens next. It is a homestead. The mortgage is not in default. And apparently, there is a seize and sell order. I've read about the 21 day notice on the court house steps the first Tuesday of the month. Does this mean it will automatically sell August 3rd. Will we be automatically be evicted before or after the sale? Really need to know soon. How can I find out what's going on?

Please advise and thank you!

It looks like you didn't pay your HOA dues and now they are foreclosing your house. It doesn't matter that the mortgage isn't in default. You need to get a lawyer NOW. Time isn't on your side. You should also go to the courthouse and get a copy of the papers that were filed on the matter.
