Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I have serious issue with the fact that my neighbors are constantly on my property in order to renovate their house. They've caused damage to my yard, driven over and broken a water line, ruined my flower bed, etc. The houses are close together and my yard borders the side of their house. They have no choice but to enter my property in order to gain access to that side of their house, including going into my fenced back yard. What are my options for keeping them OFF my property and having the damages repaired? Thanks!

If it were me, I would wait until construction is over and ask them to fix the damage they caused. Be sure and take before and after pictures, if possible. If they refuse to pay, you can fix the damage yourself, keep the receipts, and sue in small claims court. Photos will be important.
