I'd go visit her and politely tell her that she needs to make plans to leave. Give her a time deadline. Try to be nice about it.

Whether she promises to leave or doesn't promise to leave, write her a letter (paper letter - no emails or phone calls - like they did in the 1950's) and politely tell her that she has to leave by February 28.

And then get ready to file a forcible entry and detainer action with the Justice of the Peace in the precinct where the land is located.

By the way, how's the hunting out there on your land in East Texas? I need a place to shoot my .30-'06.
