Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I live in Texas and my dad passed away last May. He had rental property that I will become the owner of. I do not wish to keep it as rental property. There is tenants in the rental and they did not sign any type of lease. What can I do leagally to have them vacate the property

Send them a letter giving them notice that you have inherited the property and no longer wish to use it for rental. Give them a reasonable amount of time to leave - at least 30 days. If they do not leave then you will have to file for eviction. You should do the best you can to give them sufficient time to do what they need to do to move as they did not expect to be moving, etc.
