Who owns this road?

A corporation bought a irregular track of land running from a state hiway 1431 to lake travis This land was an is a roadway and 100 feet of shoreline easment.The corporation has the husband as the president and sole shareholderwife is a Director

In 12/02/85 the state of Texas disolved the corperation for non pay of tax.

Then the marrage was disolved and the majority of the road was sold to L.C.R.A.The waterfront and the plus 4.8 areas was left title to the disolved corporation unknow to them.Now because LCRA is a government agency the land went off the tax rolls.plus the 100 waterfront and the 4.8 areas this all happens arround 1993

After the divorce which has two childen the husband had another child with an common law wife residing in Florada until he came back to texas and died after 2 years,

I bought the a track of land that this road services .becouse of my survey the tax assesor know of the mistake and is assening back tax for 5 years .

who owns this road and waterfront?

If you purchased a title policy when you purchased the property, the title company may pay those back taxes. To specifically answer your question, I would need to do a title search on the properties involved and examine the documents. There are several things that could have happened and without looking at the exact scenario, there is no way for anyone to determine the road's status.
