Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I paid my back dues owed to the HOA. They were suppose to remove the liens placed on my property, but 7 months later I haven't heard anything about it and when I checked with the county records department the liens were still in place. What is the HOA suppose to do to remove the liens?

How they remove the liens isn't your problem; it's theirs. They put the liens on the property; let THEM figure out how to remove the liens.

Write them a letter (PAPER letter - no phone calls or text messages or emails) and demand that they remove the liens within ten days. Date the letter. Tell them if they don't comply, you'll sue them.
