propery deed

need to get the deed to place. guy had 30 days now almost year. how to I get it

If you paid for the property and haven't received the deed, it could be lost. Check your county clerk's office to see if it was recorded. If it was, order a county clerk certified copy and that will be as good as an original. If the seller is refusing to sign a deed, you will need to sue and get a declaratory judgment if you can prove ownership.
