Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

We purchased a mobile home that we paid off a year ago from the owner of the park its located in. Since that time we've been given the run around about the title. I have found out there is taxes due on this home for several years and that the owner of the park that sold us the home does not have ownership nor has gotten a abandonment title. Now we have been given a eviction notice claiming we're past due on rent and need to move out of the home. We DO have all payment reciepts as well as a letter form the owner stating we paid for the home. What do we do now?

Sue him for fraud, breach of contract, and deceptive trace practices.

Who is trying to evict you? The owner of the park who sold you the mobile home?

If the eviction is in court (justice court), be sure to file an answer and demand a jury.
