Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

how do i relinquish my rights to a piece of property.i do not want this property.it is in my late husbands name.the county is sueing for back taxes.i dont have money to pay them

the lawsuit is against the property..u will have no personal liability..but u should answer and offer to give the tax auhorities the property.
