Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

I reside in Texas. My husband died last year leaving no will. Not really a problem since he has no children, but how do I handle leaving our real estate (in both our names) to my children? Of course, I have a will, but I'm concerned about what they may have to deal with after I die. What can I do to change the deed to my name?

There are a few questions:

1. Did you buy the house before or after the marriage?

2. Did your husband have any other debts?

3. Are there any other joint assets or assets in your husband's name only?

There are a few procedures available, but choosing the appropriate one depends on the answers to the above questions.
