Re-title a joint title property

My husband and his sister purchase our home/5 acres of land 25 days before we married. Now that the mortgage is paid off how can we re-title or re-deed his half of property to me (wife). I ask because this would is not considered community property in Texas.

He will need to deed you an undivided 1/2 interest. My fee for preparing such a document is $100. The filing fee is typically $16 for the 1st page & $4 for each page thereafter. Do not use a quit claim deed.
