I have two roommates who don't want me to leave the lease and will not cooperate to let me out of it. I am actively searching for a replacement for myself, as per the roommate replacement policy. How can I get out of the lease without them? Also I'm leaving before the next month's rent is up, do I have to pay that month if I can't find a replacement yet?
