Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Texas

sale of land

there are 3 people on the title. two of them are in nursing homes. the remaining one does not want to sell. can he legally be forced to sell the property? we can't get home care for the other two people while the third refuses to sign. can the nursing home assume the other two peoples right to the property, once they have passed?

You can, on behalf of any of the owners, file an action in district court to partition the property, or force a sale of the property.
