selling a home that is currently being rented
i own a home that is being rented on a monthly basis. if i sell the home will the buyer have a hard time getting the renters out?

No. They should be able to give them 30 day's written notice to move. If they fail to move, it will take appx. another month to complete an eviction. It can be done in small claims court.
