Spouse selling house without me

My spouse and I are divorcing. He has listed the house with a real estate agent and refuses to tell me with whom, and for how much. Can he sell without me? Can I refuse to go through closing?

If the home is community property not only can he not well it without your approval, he cannot enter into a listing contract with a realtor that is enforceable against your community property interest in the homestead. Larry Maun 713.266.2560
